Join us for the #VCIA2024 Annual Golf Tournament this year at The Mountain Course at Spruce Peak!
Join us at The Mountain Course at Spruce Peak, located at the base of Spruce Peak, adjacent to The Lodge at Spruce Peak in Stowe, VT, offering 360-degree views of the mountains. This course is known for challenging narrow fairways, blind spots and fast greens. Enjoy the Vermont landscape, perfect your swing, and network with your captive colleagues! Registration is from 7:30-8:00am and shotgun start at 8:30am. Please contact Joce Lamb if you would like to request a foursome or have any questions about the event jlamb@vcia.com.
Fees:
During early bird: $300 per individual through June 30, 2024
After early bird: $330 per individual starting July 1, 2023
If you have registered a group, confirmations will be sent separately to each participant at the e-mail indicated on the registration form. If you have requested to play with an individual that has not registered for the tournament, a spot will not be reserved until that individual also registers and payment is received.

Time: 7:30 am registration opens, 8:15 am registration closes, start 8:30 am sharp
Tournament Format:
Network with colleagues at one of Vermont's most scenic and challenging courses! First come, first serve; limit 104 participants. The tournament is an 18-hole four-person team scramble format with prizes awarded to the top two teams in each gross and net categories – i.e. lowest gross (without handicap) scores and lowest net (with handicap) scores. Achievements, including closest to the pin and longest drive, will be recognized. Award results will be posted on VCIA’s conference app and prizes can be picked up at VCIA’s registration desk in the Doubletree conference center after the tournament. Golfing attire is required - shirt with collar and soft spikes.
Package & Club Rentals:
The package includes greens fee, cart, golf prize giveaway, morning snacks, lunch, and beverages. Club rentals are available at additional cost for the golf tournament. All rental inquiries should be directed to Josh Nicholls – joshua.nicholls@destinationhotels.com – please make rental requests as early as possible (no later than July 18th) because quantities are limited.
*PLEASE NOTE: Golf shirt sizes for registrations after 7/1 are not guaranteed. Golf shirt availability for registrations the last two weeks before the conference is not guaranteed.
Foursomes:
Golf foursomes will be posted on VCIA’s Conference App and the VCIA website www.vcia.com the first week of August. Please check the VCIA website or app to confirm that your foursome was processed. If you have any questions about the assigned foursomes, contact leach@vcia.com. Please plan to arrive at the course one hour before the 8:30 am scheduled tee time. Golf check-in closes 30 minutes before tee time.

Transportation will not be provided to The Mountain Course by VCIA. Driving distance is approximately 45 minutes from the Doubletree so please plan accordingly. Please note that the #VCIA2024 Conference app is the place to go to offer a ride or communicate carpooling needs. To be able to do this, you need to download the Whova app and search for the VCIA Conference. Then go to the Community Board “Ride Sharing” topic.
