ACE Tempest Re USA offers both facultative and treaty reinsurance structures for single parent captives, group & association business and Risk Retention Groups (RRG?s) that generate a minimum of 5,000,000 in Gross Written (or standard) Premium. Coverages include: Accident & Health, Casualty (WC, GL and Motor), Contract Surety, Fidelity, Managed Care Errors and Omissions, Medical Malpractice, Non Standard Auto, Ocean Marine and General Aviation, Professional Liability, Property Risk Excess and Pro Rata, and Workers Compensation Catastrophe.
Maximum capacity on all classes is 10,000,000 for Excess of Loss business and 5,000,000 for Pro Rata accounts with the exception of Workers Compensation Catastrophe at 15,000,000.
