Title: Strategic Advantages of Captives
Join VCIA and the Minnesota Chapter of the CPCU Society for VCIA's "Original Captive Road Show" in Minneapolis!
Description: This educational session will focus on the basics of captive insurance companies; the reasons for formation, the feasibility process and key issues in putting a successful captive program together. Attendees will gain an understanding of the cost structures associated with captives and the capital requirements. A brief overview of the Vermont domicile will also be discussed.
The decision to form a captive insurance company is a very individualized process that reflects the unique needs and interests of that corporation, association or institution. In this seminar representatives from two different types of captives will share their thought process and experiences. Presenters will also describe the captive climate and regulatory requirements in Vermont, the #1 U.S.domicile.
This seminar will be preceded by a luncheon for captive owners and followed by a festive reception for all attendees. Register today!
