Seminar Fees

For those who register in advance, fees are as follows whether attending in person, via audio-conference, or CD-Rom with handouts:
Effective January 1, 2008, educational seminar rates are:

• $100.00 VCIA Members

• $85.00 Per person rate for three or more from one VCIA member company. Please note:  In order to qualify for the three or more rate, all members of the group must register at the same time by fax or mail.

• $150.00 VCIA Non-members
• $135.00 Per person rate for three or more from one VCIA non-member company

For those who register and pay at the door, fees are as follows:

• $125.00 for VCIA Members paying at the door; no multiple registration discount is available
• $175.00 for VCIA Non-members paying at the door; no multiple registration discount is available

Administrative Policies

Refunds: Refunds are not available once you have registered and paid for the event. However, substituting another person to attend in your place is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of program cancellation, all pre-registered attendees will be notified by e-mail depending upon available time, and payments will be returned in full.
