Seminar Fees

For those who register in advance, fees are as follows whether attending in person, via audio-conference, or CD-Rom with handouts:
Effective January 1, 2008, educational seminar rates will be:

  • $100.00 VCIA and CICA Members

  • $85.00 Per person rate for three or more from one member company. Please note:  In order to qualify for the three or more rate, all members of the group must register at the same time by fax or mail.

  • $150.00 VCIA and CICA Non-members
  • $135.00 Per person rate for three or more from one non-member company

For those who register and pay at the door, fees are as follows:

  • $125.00 for VCIA and CICA Members paying at the door; no multiple registration discount is available
  • $175.00 for VCIA and CICA Non-members paying at the door; no multiple registration discount is available

Administrative Policies

Refunds: Refunds are not available once you have registered and paid for the event. However, substitutions are acceptable.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of program cancellation, all pre-registered attendees will be notified by e-mail depending upon available time, and payments will be returned in full.
