Registration and Information Desk Hours in the DoubleTree Conference Center Lobby

Conference Shuttle Service
VCIA will offer “On-Demand” shuttle service to and from the DoubleTree/designated overflow hotels listed on the conference website under hotels and transportation
Monday August 12: 11am-7pm; Tuesday August 13: 7:30am-7:pm; Wednesday August 14: 7:30am-7pm
Shuttles to the Hotel Vermont Reception on August 14th: At 4:15 pm shuttles will depart from the DoubleTree Conference Center to Hotel Vermont for a 4:30 pm reception. At 6:00 pm shuttles will return attendees to the DoubleTree and overflow hotels.
Hotel airport shuttles are offered 24/7 for the Doubletree. Please contact the hotel front desk directly when you have luggage at the Doubletree and a day in advance to secure timing at Homewood Suites.
Please Note: When arriving at the Burlington Airport, it's not guaranteed that there will be taxis or Ubers immediately on site, so we strongly encourage setting up airport transportation in advance if arriving late at night.
Hotel Vermont Reception Directions and Parking.
From the DoubleTree, turn right on to Williston Road (which becomes Main Street) and continue all the way to the end where it intersects Battery Street. At Battery Street, turn right and continue until Cherry Street. Turn right up Cherry Street and Hotel Vermont will be on your right – 41 Cherry Street. City parking meters are free after 9 pm and the Cherry Street/Hilton garage offers the first two hours of parking free.
VCIA Conference App. The 2024 VCIA App is easy to put on your mobile device and contains all the conference information you need! More details forthcoming about how to download and use. Please note, all session materials will be available through the VCIA Conference App.The app will be available in late June or early July.
Conference Security. You must have a Conference Pass, Networking Pass, or Session Only Pass to for admission into the exhibit hall.
First Come First Served: Although attendees have pre-registered for sessions, please note that in some cases space is limited and seating is on a first come basis.
Conference Registration Types:
Conference Pass: permitted to enter all conference events including educational sessions, exhibit hall, receptions, and meals.
Networking Pass: permitted to enter exhibit hall, receptions, special events, and meals.
Session Only Pass: permitted to enter sessions, exhibit hall, and Tuesday/Wednesday lunches.
Networking Lunches (Tuesday and Wednesday). Buffet-style networking lunch with seating in ballrooms. On Tuesday get lunch at the Atrium restaurant or Emerald Promenade from 12:00–1:00 pm; and Diamond ballroom (captive owners only) from 11:45 am–12:45 pm. On Wednesday in the Atrium restaurant 12:00-1:00 pm; Emerald Promenade 12:15-1:00 pm and Exhibit Hall from 11:30 am–12:30 pm. Your badge is your lunch ticket.
Charging Station. Find the charging station between booths #44 & #45 in the DoubleTree Exhibit Hall. Available to all smart phones and tablets. Sponsored by Advantage Insurance
DoubleTree Gathering Spots for Brief Sit Down Meetings.
Hotel lobby, seating by fireplace and front entrance; The Tavern and surrounding areas (courtyard, front area, etc.); The Atrium and surrounding areas.
