Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the key components and objectives of the IRS's final regulations on micro-captive insurance transactions.
  • Analyze the implications of the new regulations for various stakeholders, including taxpayers, captive insurance companies, and related parties.

  • Differentiate between "Listed Transactions" and "Transactions of Interest" as defined in the final regulations,
