I'm happy to share what makes the VCIA conference enjoyable and worthwhile to a new attendee

With 23 years under my belt, it's satisfying to meet people new to the industry and answer whatever questions they may have about captive feasibility, formation and operations.

It's great to meet new individuals, the business they represent, and to learn about their goals for attending the conference, and how VCIA can support their initiatives.

Introduce new members to the conference and serve as a resource for engagement and education.

I have enjoyed the Ambassador program because first of all it's just fun to connect with new people, but also there are so many wonderful things to know and share about the conference, I think it's great to have an individual resource that new people can just go to and not feel worried about it.

Working with and assisting new captive owners or service providers is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. Helping a new entrant develop their stride and build confidence can be invaluable to getting started in what may appear to be a somewhat daunting and technical industry.

I have gained so much from a professional standpoint to networking opportunities, and education from the annual VCIA conference - now it is my turn to give back.

I love introducing people to the captive industry and helping them to connect with others.

I think it is important to welcome new members of our wonderful close community. I enjoy meeting those new members on more than a superficial level.

I enjoy meeting new captive contacts and being able to share my VCIA conference experiences. Being an ambassador allows me to help another navigate the conference and come up with a plan for how to get the most out of it.

I'm so impressed with VCIA and I love to share all that I have learned at VCIA and the great network that I've built from attending or being part of the Association

I really enjoy the opportunity to connect in person with industry professionals who over the years have become trusted business contacts, clients, and often times friends.

I'd love to continue making connections, learning and advocating for the wonderful offerings VCIA provides to its members and the Captive community!

It was a great experience last year connecting with first timers. I was able to provide some pre-travel to VT tips, give them the inside scoop on networking events, and met up with them in person early on in the week.

I enjoy meeting captive owners and sharing information about the conference and the industry.
