VCIA Legislative Day is one of the most important moments of the year for Vermont’s captive insurance community.

It’s where industry leaders, regulators, and lawmakers come together to strengthen the partnership that has made Vermont the gold‑standard domicile worldwide.

The morning program will spotlight critical legislative updates and insights from the Department of Financial Regulation, the Department of Economic Development, and Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer, VCIA’s state advocate. These conversations ensure members stay at the forefront of policy developments that shape the future of our industry.

Legislative Day culminates in a luncheon with state lawmakers, giving VCIA members a rare and valuable opportunity to directly engage, educate, and build relationships with the elected officials who safeguard Vermont’s leadership in captive insurance.

Featured remarks will be delivered by:

  • Kaj Samsom, Commissioner, Department of Financial Regulation
  • Lindsay Kurrle, Secretary, Agency of Commerce & Community Development

Seats are limited. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the dialogue that keeps Vermont at the forefront of the global captive industry.
