Adriana Scherzinger is the U.S. National Accounts Head of Alternative Risk Solutions at Zurich North America.

Scherzinger is a seasoned (re)insurance and risk management professional with nearly 17 years of insurance industry experience working in various regions around the world, from global to local levels, predominantly handling international corporate business. She has held a variety of key roles including responsibility for the service and management of complex international insurance programs for multinational clients. Previously, Scherzinger worked with Zurich Latin America, as regional Head of International Program Business, Commercial Insurance and as Senior Captive Fronting Manager in Switzerland, Spain, Middle East and the Asia Pacific.

Based in Chicago, Scherzinger has progressively ranked on the Captive Review Power 50 and is an advisory board member on numerous Captives industry councils. Before joining Zurich, she held leadership positions at UBS and Swiss Re. She holds an Executive MBA by Fundação Getulio Vargas and the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy.

Danfoss is a multinational Denmark-based engineering and manufacturing company with over 41,000 employees globally. Lars is an experienced specialist within global risk management, captive insurance, and international insurance programs. Since 2015, Lars has served as Head of Group Insurance at Danfoss, one of the world’s leading industrial technology companies. In this senior role, he is responsible for managing global insurance and risk programs across more than 150 companies, and leading global employee insurance and benefit programs

Recently Danfoss has set up a reinsurance captive in Vermont becoming the first Danish company setting up a captive in USA. Lars serves as a Board Member of the captive named Elsmark Insurance Corporation.
