Bill Murray has spent 39 years working in the US property casualty insurance sector.  Positions include: -Berkshire Hathaway’s General Star Management Company.  Bill’s final role was as the second ranking person at Genstar, the 5th largest E&S company in the U.S at that time. -W.R. Berkley.  Bill was President of Admiral Excess as well as President of Carolina Casualty at W.R. Berkley. -Aspen US Insurance. President of Aspen’s US property casualty insurance operation. -HCC/Tokyo Marine. Head of UW and manager of Public Risk, Primary and Excess Casualty. -Church Pension Group. General Manager of Church Insurance Co. a Vermont Captive. -President of Arrowhead E&S, part of Brown and Brown. Bill is Currently involved in the management of the FRMT VT captive through Brown and Brown’s Arrowhead division and also lead’s MGA Launch Underwriters MS Transverse primary CGL unit.  Bill has been involved in turning around results of 13 P&C Insurance companies/units for the past 29 years and can furnish P&L (public information) on profitability for businesses under his responsibility. Bill served as a rifleman in the US Marine Corps, and officer in the US Navy. Hobbies include flying.

Stephen E. Ratterman
CEO, FRMT, Ltd.

Steve Ratterman has served as the Chief Executive Officer of FRMT, Ltd. since January of 2023. Prior to that, he had served as a Member Delegate and a FRMT Board of Directors for 20 years. Steve was serving as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Board before stepping into the role as CEO. Steve has a BS in Insurance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He began his insurance career at Travelers Insurance Company before spending 20 years as a broker. For the last 20 years Steve has been involved in several different industries, specializing in business turn arounds and development.
