The backbone of our association

VCIA committees bring together diverse voices from across the captive insurance industry to shape strategy, strengthen member value, and advance Vermont’s leadership globally.

Each committee serves as a strategic advisory body to the VCIA Board and staff, ensuring our mission is carried out with insight, professionalism, and member‑driven impact.

The most rewarding part of serving as a member of the VCIA Conference Task Force is the relationships that I have been fortunate to develop with captive owners, service providers, and regulators. The annual conference is unique because it brings together insurance professionals from around the world here to Vermont to engage in best-in-class education and networking events. It is a privilege to work with friends and colleagues to make this event a possibility.
